Muay thai information

Hello. This time I would like to make a quick article about muay thai and inform my blog readers about it. To begin with, it is a combat sport from Thailand. It is very similar to kickboxing. In this sport, people use some techniques such as punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, which are very effective.

Muay Thai is referred to as the "Science of Eight Limbs". It was used still in the 19th century, but it became really popular in the period 1989-2000 and the years after. One of the first western films that included Muay Thai was Kickboxer (1989), which starred the famous Jean-Claude Van Damme.

Muay Thai is practiced by people who not only want to learn this great sport, but who also are interested in weight loss, improve fitness and also have a good health, because everyone knows that if you train a sport, you would be healthier. One of the best places where you can learn it is Suwit muay thai training camp. They have experience more than 25 years. They offer a different training for all ages and gender. They also have a lot of visitors from all over the world from countries such as USA, England, Canada, Sweden, Australia and a lot more...

This training camp also has a website: and they offer a BIG variety of videos, information and other details about muay thai, so you should visit it and take a look. I hope this article was interesting for you and if you want to train a new type of sport, don't forget to add muay thai to the variety of sports to choose from!

In general, exercise and sports are excellent for health and weight loss, but muay thai sounds like it does lots of good for the body. I have never heard of it before, but I will do more research on it now. Thank you!
